  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (fresh is always best, but frozen is nice and cold)

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Blend all ingredients. If you want it colder, just add a 1/2 a cup of ice. This will make a large delicious, nutrient dense smoothie for your children to enjoy.

That’s how simple creating this delicious healthy smoothie is. Yummi Kidz gives your kids the nutrients that will fuel your child’s healthy growing body all day.

This smoothie not only provides all the incredible benefits and vitamins of Yummi Kidz - but also…

Vitamins in strawberries: vitamin C and manganese and also contain decent amounts of folate (vitamin B9) and potassium.

Vitamins in bananas: B6, magnesium, fiber, and obviously potassium.

Fresh strawberries are always best when using them in fruit smoothies, but frozen work too to make them extra cold!
